Sharon is a registered psychologist with significant experience in business partnering and leadership roles in global organisations. Sharon is committed to creating psychologically healthy workplaces that enhance organisational performance and safety, and building internal capability. As an experienced and engaging facilitator with a passion for proactively improving mental health and wellbeing, Sharon focuses on psychosocial risk management and assessments, worker engagement, building leadership capability, trauma-informed practices, and fostering shared behaviours, communication, and collaboration for corporate, FIFO and remote environments.

Sharon’s career has primarily been shaped within the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors, including remote residential and FIFO work, with additional consulting roles in the Education and Agricultural Chemical Production sectors. She has a wealth of experience in organisational change, leadership development, learning and development, human resources, employee relations, and organisational restructuring. Sharon holds a Masters of Psychology (Organisational) from the University of Western Australia and is an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC).
