As an endorsed Clinical and Organisational Psychologist with over 25 years in the resources industry, Tracey is passionate about leadership development, executive coaching, organisational and safety culture, change management, employee well-being, mental health, and critical incident response including trauma counselling.
As a Clinical and Organisational Psychologist, Tracey provides mental health and wellbeing services to individuals, teams and organisations.
