By accessing the FIFO Focus website, attending our training, or purchasing our products, you agree to act respectfully toward our team and other participants and to use our materials only in ways consistent with copyright, good practice, and common sense (the trifecta).
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or share our materials without permission. You also agree that the information provided in our training is for professional development and organisational improvement, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
We reserve the right to update course content, facilitators, locations, and dates when reasonably required. If changes occur, we will communicate promptly and professionally.
Payment is required prior to course commencement unless agreed otherwise. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer
FIFO Focus provides training, education, and organisational consulting in psychosocial risk, mental health literacy, leadership, and workplace behaviour. We do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological therapy, or crisis services through our website or general training programs.
Our programs are educational, not diagnostic. They are not a replacement for clinical assessment, mental health treatment, or emergency care.
If you are experiencing psychological distress, please contact your GP, psychologist, or the appropriate support line, such as Lifeline (13 11 14) or Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636).
If distress arises during training, our facilitators can pause the session, provide support, and recommend appropriate next steps, but we cannot provide clinical therapy.
Example: If a participant discloses panic symptoms during a workshop, our team can guide them to immediate support and recommend professional help, but the workshop itself is not a therapeutic service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the FIFO Focus website, including our PIRA®, PRISM™, psychosocial card decks, templates, frameworks, programs, graphics, and written material, is owned by FIFO Focus and PerMentis.
You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission. Using our materials to develop or sell competing products or services is prohibited.

You agree to use this website responsibly and not for unlawful purposes. While we do our best to ensure the site is secure and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
