Mentally Healthy Workforce

Helping FIFO workers help themselves

and others.

Helping FIFO workers thrive, stay connected and support one another.

A mentally healthy workforce isn’t about asking individuals to be tougher. It’s about giving people the skills, confidence and language to understand their mental health and to support their mates when life, work or FIFO pressures feel heavy.

Our mental health education programs are practical, evidence-informed and designed for the realities of remote, rostered and FIFO work. They give workers simple, everyday tools they can use to look after themselves and to look out for others.

What our programs cover:

Our psychologists and organisational psychologists deliver workshops that help workers:

understand the mental health pressures unique to FIFO life,

recognise early warning signs of distress,

build healthier routines that support sleep, mood and coping,

manage stress and anxiety using simple evidence-based techniques,

identify personal triggers and develop practical strategies,

support workmates who may be struggling,

know when and how to escalate concerns safely.

These sessions focus on improving wellbeing, connection and psychological literacy — not replacing psychosocial risk controls.

How we deliver

Programs are delivered onsite, at your corporate office or online. They are interactive, relatable and grounded in real FIFO scenarios, making the content easy to apply on and off site.

Our goal is simple

To help your people feel more equipped, more confident and more connected, so your workforce can genuinely thrive.
