- Be Familiar with Techniques for Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Explore practical techniques for identifying psychosocial hazards and assessing risks within their teams.
- Identify Controls for Hazards: Understand different types of controls that can be implemented to eliminate and minimise psychosocial hazards or mitigate their impact.
- Be able to Adjust Daily Behaviours: Recognise how daily leader behaviours and actions can be adjusted to contribute to a mentally healthy workplace in their leadership capacity.
