We collect personal information when you submit enquiries, register for training, purchase materials, or work with us as part of a psychosocial risk management, mental health training, advisory services or FIFO Life preparation. This may include contact details, role information, training attendance, and general demographic data.

We use this information to deliver services, issue certificates, administer bookings, improve our programs, and meet our professional and legal obligations. We never sell personal information, and we only share it when required to deliver the service (for example, with our LMS system, booking platforms, or payment services), or when required by law.
