Leadership and Performance Coach
Ben’s 30 year career has been diverse in terms of both industries and roles. While it began with studies in architecture, his journey has included senior leadership roles across small businesses and multinationals and has spanned construction, sales, retail/wholesale, tourism, advertising, marketing and event management.
From working for himself to working for others, his path has led to the last decade focusing on leadership, behavioural and organisational change and culture transformation. He’s a performance coach, facilitator, consultant and mentor with a particular interest in safety culture.
Ben has consulted to utilities; a major airport; local, state and federal Government agencies; market-leading accounting firms, telcos and insurers; health and aged care providers; not-for-profit organisations within disability and community services; and, human capital leaders. He has worked with global mining and oil and gas giants, as well as mining services providers, commercial and residential construction companies, retail/wholesale and fast moving consumer goods’ marketers and manufacturers.
The common thread has been Ben’s enthusiasm to inspire, stay agile, continue to learn, innovate, make a meaningful difference.
Ben is also a certified practitioner of several mindset, leadership and behavioural diagnostic tools including the Human Synergistics Life Style Inventory (LSI) and Group Style Inventory (GSI), the Integral Safety Assessment (ISA360), the Care Industry Leadership Capability Assessment (CILCA 360) and others.
