Samantha Robinson is a senior Work Health and Safety professional, certified ISO Lead Auditor, qualified WHS trainer, and licensed lead investigator, with extensive experience leading complex workplace investigations across high-risk and operationally complex environments both within Australia and Internationally.
Samantha’s work spans serious WHS incidents and psychosocial investigations, with a strong focus on matters where evidence is contested, impacts are significant, and organisational risk is high. Her approach combines structured investigation practice with practical operational insight, establishing what occurred, why it occurred, and what needs to change to prevent recurrence.
ICAM-trained and formally qualified in investigations, Samantha applies an evidence-led methodology that tests the effectiveness of systems, critical controls, and assurance processes, while maintaining procedural fairness and evidentiary integrity throughout. She regularly supports matters involving legal, regulatory, and insurer stakeholders, and is known for calm, clear interviewing, disciplined analysis, and reporting that is defensible, actionable, and aligned to good governance.
