David is an endorsed organisational psychologist who brings extensive experience in both clinical and organisational psychology. Having worked across the not-for-profit, government and resource sectors, he has supported people and organisations through a diverse range of psychological and workplace challenges.
His work spans psychosocial risk assessment and management, leadership development, mediation, training, and clinical interventions. He takes a practical, warm, and collaborative approach, helping people translate psychological knowledge into strategies they can apply in the real world.
David is committed to helping create workplaces where people can do good work without compromising their wellbeing. He has a particular interest in supporting leaders to build the skills, confidence and awareness needed to foster healthy, supportive and effective workplace cultures.
He holds a Master of Applied Psychology (Organisational) and a Master of Exercise Science.
