Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy (Training & Events)
We understand work rosters change, life happens, and mining schedules love to keep everyone on their toes.
To support fairness and planning:
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before the course date can receive a full refund or a credit towards another session.
- Cancellations made between 8 and 20 days before the course will receive a credit for future training.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the course are non-refundable, however you may transfer your place to another person.
- No-shows are not refundable, because seats and catering are already committed.
- FIFO Focus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unexpected circumstances. If this occurs, participants will receive a full refund or transfer.
Example: If a participant is rostered onto an unexpected shutdown shift the week before training, they can transfer their place to a colleague or move to a future workshop.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality and relevance of our programs. If we are unable to deliver the service as described, we will offer a refund, reschedule, or credit.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases (such as card decks, manuals, or downloadable items).
Where a refund is provided, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
