This training is a must for all people who support, respond to, and investigate possible traumatic events in the workplace. It provides practical insights to minimise further harm and re-traumatisation by focusing on providing a person-centred approach and implementing the core principles of trauma-informed practice.

People involved in responding to & investigating (or overseeing/supporting investigations into) traumatic incidents at work including: Health & Safety, People & Culture, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Ethics & Integrity, Injury Management.
